Sous Chef (Sundance)
Requires at least 3 years of culinary experience in similar volume restaurant and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Prefer candidates with a culinary degree and sanitation certification. Requires knowledge of all basic prep techniques, food inventory, mise en place and training skills. Ability to work any shift/schedule.

Cook Supervisor (Dos Locos)
Requires a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience. Must be able to work all positions on the line. Must be well versed in the use of all kitchen equipment and sanitation procedures. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to do simple math skills (measurements, portions, etc.). Prefer candidates with culinary certification and sanitation certification. Must be able to work any shift/schedule.

Must have at least 4 years of line cook experience. Must have working knowledge of the fry, sauté, broil, and other cooking methods. Must be well versed in the use of all kitchen equipment and sanitation procedures. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to do simple math skills (measurements, portions, etc.). Must be able to work PM shift and any day of the week.

Must have 1 year of previous work in food and beverage. 6 months of working experience with a computer and calculator to order food and beverage supplies. Must be able to stand for scheduled shifts.
